KIDDERMINSTER RAINBOWS: The Kidderminster Rainbows who meet at St Chads church, Kidderminster each made their own poppies during the poppy appeal and made a donation to the Bewdley Branch of the RBL. In appreciation of their donation and skill in making the beautiful poppies each Rainbow was presented with a cloth poppy for them to wear on their uniforms. The donation from the Rainbows brings this years total for the Bewdley Branch Poppy Appeal to £9.700. The Bewdley Branch would like to thank all the Bewdley shop keepers, publicans and schools for allowing us to place our Poppy trays and tin in their premises, the street collectors and all those who gave so generously to our appeal.
