STOURPORT UK Kickboxing Club member Jack Baylis will be fighting again in the European Championships on Sunday, May 11.

The Stourport High School student has just received his black belt from belt instructor Brian Smith.

Baylis has just completed his last sparring session with the British squad in Birmingham with world champion Neil Kelly and Brad Hennessy, but will continue to train with Smith at Stourport up to the fight.

This could be his last fight as he as secured a place at Northampton University.

He will leave the kickboxing club in September and will miss the World Championships due to his studies.

Smith will travel to Italy though to referee and judge at the competition.
