KIDDERMINSTER and Stourport are second in the Heart of England League after a strong display in the latest round.
Ella diMambro won the Under-15s discus with a throw of 18.67m, with Jess Surridge taking first place in the B (12.41m).
Katie Lambert won the women’s discus with a throw of 21.53m.
In the U-13s boys discus, Jack Lambert was first with 21.36m.
James Milburn threw 24.88m for second in the U-15s discus while in the U-17s, Archie Roberts was third with 17.71m and Alex Sparks second in the B (17.05m).
Surridge was third with 6.31m U-15s shot put.
There was a runner-up spot for Heidi Jarosinski in the shot (10.43m) with Lambert coming first in the B.
Jack Lambert was second in the U-13s shot (8.56m) and Chris Telling third in the B (5.13m).
In the U-15s, Josh Haines came second in the B (4.83m).
Jarosinski won the women’s long jump event jump with a leap of 5.12m, with Jess Murdoch taking second in the B (3.54m).
Ellie England was second in the U-15s long jump (4.20m).
Libby Evans won the U-11s long jump (3.51m), while Ryan Bennett was second in the boys event (3.49m) with Alex Cook first in the B (3.35m).
In the U-13s category, Harry Oliver was fifth with 3.66m and Sam Landan fourth in the B with 3.24m.
Milburn sealed third with a leap of 5.17m and Eddie Roberts also took third in the B (4.22m).
Greg Forrester took fourth in the U-17s long jump (4.98m) while Justin Lee was third in the B (4.65m).
In the U-15s high jump, Milburn sealed second (1.60m), Jake Lowe was first in the U-13s with 1.25m and Rebecca Carter was third in the women’s event (1.30m).
On the track, Deanna Clarke was third in the U-13s 70m hurdles (13.1s), while Hannah Johnson was third in the U-15s 75m (14.6s) and Jess Murdoch came second in the women’s 80m hurdles (15.2s).
Bryony Haines was in good form and won the 1,500m (4.56.2) Clarke was second in the U-13s 800m (2.38.2) and Hannah McGovern won the women’s race (2.35.7) with Rebecca Carter taking the B (2.40.3).
There was a victory for Jake Lowe in the U-13s 800m, while Tom Palmer was third in the U-15s B.
Archie Roberts won the U-17s race in 2.09.1.
Haines took the women’s 300m (44.3s), with Kate Murdoch second in the B (48.3s), while Johnson won the U-15s B (48.6s).
KSAC will host the final Heart of England meeting on Saturday, July 5.
