Harriers have put striker Robbie Matthews up for sale to generate more funds.

The 28-year-old joined Harriers from Salisbury on a two-year deal last August, but it has been decided by manager Steve Burr that he should be sold to bolster his spending power this summer.

Matthews has endured a frustrating time at Harriers. After overcoming injury and suspension early on, he struck up a promising partnership with Matthew Barnes-Homer.

That front pairing blossomed in the 3-1 win over Oxford but Matthews has struggled to cope with the responsibility of scoring goals since Barnes-Homer's departure to Luton in November.

Matthews has scored nine goals in 39 appearances for Harriers.
