HARRIERS boss Steve Burr has told striker Michael Gash that the goals will come.

The hitman endured a frustrating game in yesterday's 5-3 win over Tamworth.

He assisted Joe Lolley and Anthony Malbon for their strikes but was thwarted on several occasions by Lambs' inspired keeper Cameron Belford.

Gash has scored five goals and provided four assists in a season disrupted by injury and form.

"I think Michael Gash deserves a special mention," said Burr.

"He didn't score but it was not for the want of trying.

"He build up and link up play was excellent and he is a big part of what we do.

"I have told him just keep getting in there and the goals will come."

Amari Morgan-Smith bagged a brace, while Lolley, Malbon and Kyle Storer scored in a goal-laden Skrill Premier clash.

Tamworth were poor in a one-sided first half, where Belford made a string of fines.

Both teams scored three goals in a frenetic second half as Harriers wobbled at the back.

Burr added: "I thought Cameron Belford produced an outstanding display and he also did that when we played at Tamworth.

"We were pleased to get the three points but some of the saves he pulled off we're tremendous.

"We were very pleased with how we started, we had seven efforts on target in the first five minutes.

"The message at half-time was to deal with their set pieces, so it was disappointing they got a corner and scored.

"That gave them a little bit of a lift but again we scored almost immediately.

"There were lots of goals and lots of excitement."
