GOLF: Cleobury Mortimer starlet Emily Price ticked off another goal on her to do list with her first hole in one at the club.
Price aced the second on Foxes Run while playing in the ladies' medal.
She said: “It is great to get a hole-in-one on such a tough hole and it certainly set me up for a good round. Hopefully it will be the first of many.”
The 15-year-old has had a good year and was one of England’s star performers when they took on Spain at Seacroft Golf Club on the Lincolnshire coast. The youngster has won eight out of nine of her nine England matches over the last nine months.
She then turned her attention to the under-18s Schools Regional Championship at her home club and emerged victorious.
This success qualifies her for the under-18s English Schools National Finals in Cambridgeshire.
