Well done lads, looking a very good team since Gary Gold started.
The back-line looking very dangerous, don't think we will be the whipping boys next season. Although we do need a kicker.

Just fine-tuning to make this team a mid-table prospect for next season.
Disappointed we didn't win as we had some great opportunities but considering where we were at Christmas this is a great turnaround in a short period of time.

Our line-out was very poor without (Chris) Vui. We need to address that for next season now he is no longer around.
The margin between us being a low table and mid-upper table team is very small and can be summed up in one word - clinical!
We butchered at least two clear tries in that match in each half. Cut out the small errors in the red zone and we will be turning over some of the bigger teams more frequently.
Really feel though that next season could be the one we finally crack on. Still need a 10 though.

It's really noticeable how athletic Vui is in the air compared to the rest of our line-out options.
I also think Joe (Taufete’e) needs some arm-around-the-shoulder treatment when the line-out doesn't go right.
You can see how hard the guy is on himself and his throwing seemed to suffer after that.

Just weren't clinical enough. Not sure if that's a confidence thing (didn’t seem low) or skills but for the second week in a row we've butchered a number of sure tries.
Having said all of that our defence has improved unbelievably within a few weeks of Omar (Mouneimne coming in).

What a player (Dewald) Potgieter is. Absolutely fearless, sign him up.

We went toe-to-toe with Tigers and we aren't that far off!
Against the best teams we are playing very well and hopefully with a few additions we will crack on.
Freddie Burns showed how much we need a top 10. He was brilliant in every aspect of his game and if it wasn't for him we could and probably should have won if we had taken our opportunities.
I'm full of optimism for next season and I hope we can really move on next year and have a shot at the top six. It's not out of our reach.
