A LOCKED, purple bike was stolen from outside the library in Kidderminster.
Witnesses saw four young males taking the bike and heading towards the canal.
The incident took place at around 11.20am on Monday, April 27, in Market Street.
Anyone with information is asked to contact West Mercia Police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident number 0192S 270415.
